SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment, particularly, to increase of the displayed font in communication devices. Technical result is achieved by increasing the font according to the rule of curvilinear increase with the help of the first coefficient of magnification, configured by an operating system, when the size of the current displayed font is less than the maximum threshold value, and the second coefficient of the magnification, configured by the current application; increase of the font according to the rule of linear increase with the help of the third magnification factor, configured by an operating system, when the size of the current displayed font exceeds or equals the maximum threshold value.
EFFECT: technical result is enhanced flexibility of increasing displayed font.
