SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of adjusting application characters. Method includes receiving a command for adjusting application characters with a first scaling coefficient. Determining whether there is a second scaling coefficient, based on said first scaling coefficient with respect to said application, wherein first scaling coefficient and second scaling coefficient are predetermined coefficients. Adjusting said application characters according to said first scaling coefficient if there is no second scaling coefficient based on said first scaling coefficient with respect to said application. Adjusting said application characters according to said second scaling coefficient if there is a second scaling coefficient based on said first scaling coefficient with respect to said application.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preventing cutting of characters when scaling.
