FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill has vertical-axis rotating turbine installed inside set of wind guides. Novelty is that each wind guide easily turning about vertical axis is aimed directly at turbine blade; extreme positions of wind guide determine size of turbine blade set with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to straight line crossing axis of revolution of wind guide and coming in contact with circumference formed by extreme external point of turbine. Set of wind guides is provided with movable and fixed locks enabling adjustment of loose turning sector of wind guides. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
