SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering, specifically to elements of microwave coaxial transmission line, and can be used in coaxial connectors. In dielectric washer with central through hole 1 on both sides of washer there are circular grooves 2. On both sides of washer there are least three pairs of blind longitudinal holes. First and last holes 3, 4 are made from different sides of washer, and other holes 5 are made so that they form partition wall 6.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a constant value of effective dielectric constant along entire length of washer.
