SUBSTANCE: vodka is produced using ingredients in following amount per 1,000 dal of end product: 15-20 l of first drainage fortified infusion of milled whole pumpkin fruits, 5-10 l of first drainage fortified infusion of melon seeds and peel in ratio of 1:15, 1-5 l of first drainage fortified infusion of seeds and water-melon rind 1:10 ratio, rectified ethyl alcohol and rectified drinking water - balance to alcohol content of 38-40 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties, biological and nutritive value of ready product, tasting grade - 9.7.
EFFECT: vodka has mild, harmonious rounded taste with scarcely perceptible sweet-fresh aftertaste, characteristic vodka aroma with almost scarcely perceptible celery tone.
