FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural mountain honey, 3.5-4.5 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 8.5-10.0 l; arnica bitter alcoholized infusion of the first blend, 0.3-1.5 l; almond alcoholized infusion of the first blend, 2.5-4.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide vodka strength 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of ready product based on combination of used components and their quantitative content, reducing vodka toxicity by 5% based on almond used. All physicochemical indices of vodka satisfy requirements for vodkas prepared with ethyl alcohol "Luks", tasting score of vodka is 9.63. Vodka shows mild harmonic taste with barely detected garden-radish in after taste and specific vodka aroma.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
