SUBSTANCE: wine beverage is produced from following ingredients in following amount per 1,000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup - 100-150 l, first drainage fortified infusion of lemon peel - 50-100 l, first drainage fortified infusion of crushed whole pumpkin fruits -10-25 l, first drainage fortified infusion of melon seeds and peel in ratio of 1:15 ratio - 15-20 l, first drainage fortified infusion of watermelon seeds and peel at a ratio of 1:10 - 15-20 l, apple or grape fermented-fortified wine material - 6,000-6,500 l, rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance to alcohol content of 25 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties, biological and nutritive value of ready product, tasting of beverage grade - 9.7.
EFFECT: wine beverage has a soft, harmonious rounded taste with scarcely perceptible wine-and-peach aftertaste, characteristic wine aroma with scarcely perceptible celery tone.
