FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears with shafts-gears, which gears are corrected and lubricated by plastic lubricants. Gear shaft comprises shaft with gear teeth cut in its body. Shaft body volumes, cut in it at inlet and outlet sections of cutting mill, are substituted with inserts secured in these cuts. Gear teeth width is increased to required gaps sizes between inserts and ends of wheel teeth conjugated with shaft-gear. Cutouts are shifted by shaft axis in the side from gear teeth ends for these gaps value. At shaft body circle at a distance from gear teeth ends, equal to said gaps value, a pair of shaft coaxial rings is fixed, which inner diameter is equal to shaft diameter, and outer diameter is comparable with gear teeth tops circle diameter.
EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication due to installation of rings.
