FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by lubricating grease. Gear shaft comprises made of one solid billet a shaft and a gear, the diameter of a circle base of which is larger than the shaft diameter. On the side of gear teeth ends and with gaps relative to them along the circumference of the shaft there are end face rings perpendicular to the shaft axis, outer diameters of which are equal to the diameter of a circle of the gear teeth vertices, and the inner diameters are equal to the shaft diameter. In the gaps there are intermediate rings, the thickness of which is equal to the value of those gaps, and their inner diameters are equal to the shaft diameter, while their outer diameters are equal to the diameter of the circle of the gear teeth bases.

EFFECT: provided is higher quality of lubrication of the gear due to installation of end face rings.
