FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel has a body, a gear ring with hollow teeth, and a pair of circular linings fixed on the ends of the wheel body, between which plates are fixed forming gear ring teeth. Each tooth in each plate has a pair of cuts with a width equal to half the tooth width and located symmetrically with respect to the ring linings. One cut in each plate is adjacent to the wheel body and its height is equal to the sum of the height of the non-working portion of the side surface and the height of the working portion of the side surface on the body side operating in the dual-pair engagement mode. The second cut is adjacent to the tooth vertex and its height is equal to the height of the working section from the side of the tooth vertex operating in the dual-pair engagement mode. There is an insert inside the cavity of each tooth. The insert has a cross-section in the rotation plane of the V-shaped wheel overlapping the cuts in the plates and fixed by its shelves on the inner surfaces of the plates. The shelf mounted on a lagging plate adjoins the wheel body, and the shelf mounted on advancing plate has a gap relative to the body.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication, and reduced manufacturing costs.
