FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of electric insulating epoxy filling compounds, filled with powdered ultrafine filler or their mixture, in particular, to create monolithic radio circuits or their assemblies. Described is a method of producing filled epoxy compounds, involving mixing a hardener, filler, and epoxy resin in the specified ratios, followed by ultrasonic treatment of the composition, in such a manner that prior to preparing the compound the ultrafine filler is dried at 120±5 °C and residual pressure of not more than 1 mm Hg for at least 5 hours, then epoxy resin is mixed with ultrafine filler to obtain suspension, temperature is increased to 90±10 °C using ultrasound at the frequency of 20.0±0.5 kHz and generator power of not less than 100 W, temperature of the suspension is maintained for 10-20 minutes, suspension is vacuum teated at the residual pressure of not more than 1 mm of mercury. Column for at least 20 minutes, then the obtained suspension is mixed with the hardener, where the ratio is as follows, wt parts: epoxy resin Ed-20 or Ed-22 - 100; ultrafine filler - 5.4-60; amine type hardener - 8-20.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of hardened material and possibility to produce epoxy compounds with uniformly dispersed ultrafine filler.
