SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transformable seat, which can be placed in public places. Folding seat comprises base seat and back, which can be turned relative to base of seat mechanism for transformation of seat in horizontal plane, to become surface for lying, equipment for fixation of objects of user equipment for collection of payment for use and equipment for closing of seat, which is transformed to become lying surface with possibility to become closed space for lying. Equipment for closing space for lying comprises closing device, which can move forward from seat rear part. Closing device contains control elements, which are installed on both sides of seat on such height to formed required space for lying under closing device.
EFFECT: higher security of user and its luggage.
