SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmosurgery, and can be used for treatment of a cataract by method of phacoemulsification at extensive defect of the ligamentous apparatus of lens. Stabilization of an capsular bag is carried out with three fixing points which are evenly located on a circle. At administration of the intracapsular ring one of its end is left outside the eye, creating the first point of fixation suppresses ring in the paracentesis. Second point of fixation is formed by entering of the first capsule retractor through an additional paracentesis, which made at the distance of 3-4 clock meridians from the point of entering of the ring in the direction of its location, and capture by capsule retractor of capsulorhexis border and ring with the subsequent their fixing to a cornea. Third point of fixation is formed by entering of the second capsule retractor through a paracentesis, which made between first and second paracenteses, for example in the middle. At that by the second capsule retractor only capture the capsulorhexis border and fix it to the cornea.
