FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to ferritic stainless steels, having high corrosion resistance, and can be used in devices for removal of exhaust gases and elements of selective catalytic reduction of vehicles. Ferritic stainless steel contains, wt%: 0.02 or less carbon, 20.0-23.0 chromium , 0.02 or less nitrogen, 0.40-0.80 copper, 0.20-0.60 molybdenum, 0.10-0.25 titanium, 0.20-0.30 niobium, balance - iron.
EFFECT: steel is characterised by high values of resistance to intercrystalline corrosion and resistance to corrosion cracking under stress.
