SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to functional purpose products. Functional product for gerodietary alimentation includes milk of 0.09 to 0.12 % fat content, whey protein concentrate of 16.5 % fat content, milk of 3.2 to 3.6 % fat content, sugar, modified starch, whey protein isolate, gelatin, coloring agent, and flavoring agent in following proportions, wt.%: sugar - 7.4, modified starch - 0.6, whey protein isolate - 3.2, whey protein concentrate of 16.5 % fat content - 7.8, gelatine - 0.4, milk of 0.09 to 0.12 % fat content - 52.2; milk of 3.2 to 3.6 % fat content - 28.0, coloring agent - 0.1, flavoring agent - 0.3.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain product for gerodietary alimentation with increased protein content and improved textural properties.
