SUBSTANCE: curd product contains milk-and-vegetable cream, vegetable puree, stabilizing mixture, biological enricher, selenium-containing biologically active additive, and milk-and-soya curd. Curd product of such composition may be used as mass and specific feeding product.
EFFECT: low acidity, increased biological value and anti-oxidant properties allowing said curd food to be used as specific product suitable for, for example, gerodietary feeding.
