Fermented milk product for gerodietetic nutrition contains hydrolyzed beef protein 1.0-1.2, powder from the pulp of baobab fruits or wild rose natural soluble powder 1-1.3, corn starch 1.0-1.15, granulated sugar 1.0- 1.1, vitamin K2 0.014-0.017, natural flavoring 0.11-0.14, JOINTEC X3 direct fermentation 0.001, normalized cow's milk with a mass fraction of fat 1.6% - the rest. The content of the initial components is expressed in wt.%.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the biological, nutritional value of the product, improved digestibility, functional and preventive properties of the product.
