FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed are recombinant single-domain nano-antibodies (VHH) obtained based on antibodies double-humbed camel (Camelus bactrianus) and specifically binding mouse protein F4/80. Nano-antibodies are characterised by amino acid sequences. Invention provides use thereof for detection of F4/80 protein on surface of monocytes, tissue macrophages, myeloid dendritic cells and eosinophils of mice, as well as use as a subunit of multi-domain protein for delivering selected multi-domain protein to F4/80-positive target mouse cells.

EFFECT: disclosed nano-antibodies are characterised by small size, which enables further use thereof in clinical applications.
