SUBSTANCE: plasmid pFLAG-sc14D5a-Rm7 is designed, it ensures in cells Escherichia coli the synthesis of recombinant protein sc14D5a-Rm7 able to combine protein E of tick-borne encephalitis mice, and having bio-luminescence activity. Strain of Escherichia coli bacteria is created, it is producer of hybrid protein sc14D5a-Rm7 in cytoplasmic solution. The recombinant protein sc14D5a-Rm7 is produced, it is extracted from Escherichia coli cells, transformed by plasmid pFLAG-sc14D5a-Rm7, having molecular weight about 63.9 kDa; comprising single-chain antibody of human against protein E of tick-borne encephalitis mice, polypeptide GGSGGSGGSGGS and recombinant luciferase Renilla muelleri; having amino acid sequence, coded by nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1, ensures identification of protein E of tick-borne encephalitis mice in range from 1 ng to 0.025 ng by method of bio-luminescence solid-phase immunoanalysis.

EFFECT: production of bifunctional hybrid protein able to combine protein E of tick-borne encephalitis mice, and at same time having bio-luminescence activity.
