FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to production from human tissues of the protein extract is enriched with sphyngomyelinsintase 1. Method consists in sequential extraction of tissue, selected from tissue of human's renal cortex, bland or testicle with buffer containing saponin in concentration of 0.05 and 1 mg/ml.
EFFECT: method described above, allows to obtain extracts with high output of sphyngomyelinsintase 1.
