EFFECT: invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on said enantiomer and to a method of treating pathologies, common etiology of which is an abnormally low level of sphingomyelin, abnormally low level of glyofibrillaric acid protein (GFKB), abnormally high level of dihydrofolate reductase (DHFS).
