SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of functional diagnostics of cardiovascular system. EchoCG is made parameters of working heart are determined: pressure in right ventricle, dimensions of left atrium, left ventricular ejection fraction, dimensions of right atrium, stroke volume. Obtained examination results are substituted to mathematical model for prediction of five-year survival S1(t) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), then examination results are substituted to mathematical model for prediction of five-year survival S2(t) after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). If value S1(t) exceeds S2(t) on 5 % and more, OCI is considered to be appropriate, if value S1(t) is less than S2(t) on 5 % and more, CABG is preferable.
EFFECT: method improves accuracy of periprocedural risk in patients with coronary revascularization.
