SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining. Disclosed is stope ore methane balance predicting method, which involves determining of coal bed methane content, methane release intensity into developed bed bottom face and worked-out area measurement. At that, in machine start strip unworked coal methane content is additionally established, methane release intensity is measured after main roof setting in series to combine operation by coal destruction and during its destruction, wherein stope ore methane balance is established by methane release intensity from stripped area to machine coal destruction and from developed bed during its machine breaking.
EFFECT: method implementation allows to establish stope ore methane balance during combine operation by coal destruction, when methane release intensity is highest and is starting value for selection of developed coal bed preliminary gas removal methods and parameters and cleaning machine efficiency by methane factor.
