FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents a pharmaceutical anticancer gel containing 0.5 g of doxorubicin, 100 ml of PEG-12 dimethicone, 50 ml of gelling agent, 20 ml of triethanolamine and purified water - to 1,000.0 ml. Gel contains doxorubicin, encapsulated in niosomes formed by PEG-12 dimethicone.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of doxorubicin and reduced cardiotoxicity due to encapsulation in niosomes.
