FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals and constitutes a niosomal antimicrobial gel for treating diabetic ulcers, wounds, and burns, including the use of encapsulated peptides; said gel is characterised by containing, encapsulated in organosilicon niosomes, defensins isolated from leukocyte-erythrocyte-thrombocyte blood mass, and low molecular weight peptides isolated from the amniotic membrane of animal-based placenta, as well as the Salcare SC80 gelling agent and triethanolamine. In a particular case, said ulcers, wounds, or burns are infected with antibiotic-resistant microorganisms.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem of increasing the effectiveness of regeneration and reducing the terms of treatment of diabetic ulcers.
