SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for treatment of infected wounds, burns and trophic ulcers. Antimicrobial gel for the treatment of infected wounds, burns and trophic ulcers contains alpha-defensin-1 (HNP-1), PEG 12 dimethicone, gellant, triethanolamine and purified water. In this case HNP-1 is encapsulated in niosomes formed with PEG 12 dimethicone. Components are used in claimed quantity. Gel allows not only to destroy the pathogenic bacteria in the wound, but also to accelerate the healing speed of wounds.

EFFECT: use of organosilicon nanocontainers-niosomes with active substances allows them to be delivered to deep layers of the skin, reduce inflammation, improve microcirculation, and destroy bacteria and fungi.
