SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of automated control and fluid transfer processes control and can be used for dynamic estimation of energy efficiency of pumping equipment in water supply, water preparation, desalination and water purification. System includes a module for analysis of diagnosed parameters and a module for optimizing power consumption, which includes a unit for generating hydraulic characteristics of networks, a unit for analyzing specific power consumption, a unit to input diagnosed parameters of reference pumps, a unit for analyzing specific power consumption of the reference pumps and an additionally introduced energy efficiency parameters calculation unit, which performs calculation of found energy efficiency parameters, their verification and output onto an external terminal of current and predicted data and signals of the current state of equipment "Norm", "Attention" or "Critical".

EFFECT: invention allows in real time to estimate efficiency of pumping equipment by the found values of energy efficiency and in dynamics to control shift of the parameters of energy efficiency of the used equipment beyond the critical values, thus detecting energy-inefficient equipment.
