FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: root-mean-square values of input current and voltage are analysed and according to findings of the analysis the current standard mode of the electrical network is defined for the power system. Depending on the defined standard mode parameters for measurements and generation of events on the network and power facility state are changed including oscillographic testing, thus ensuring dependence of the level of detail for data from the current standard mode of operation of the electrical network and power facility. Besides, on the basis of the mode analysis different priorities (sequence) are set for transfer of measurements data, events and oscillograms to the upper control tier for different modes, thus, in case of any accident, the most important data required for elimination of accident sequences may be received as fast as possible and oscillograms stored during the accident and required for detailed analysis of the accident development and causes will be received later.
EFFECT: improving data content for parameters measured in the electrical network and for state of the power facility with simultaneous reduction in volume of data transmitted from the power facility vial communications channel to the upper control tier to dispatch office personnel.
