SUBSTANCE: use in electrical engineering. Battery control device (100) includes: measurement module (110), which individually measures the value of discharge current of an accumulator battery being discharged of multiple storage batteries, which are charged and discharged independently; module (120) for calculating time, which calculates the time required for the accumulator battery to have a constant battery capacity for each being discharged accumulator battery, on the basis of the rated value of discharge current for each accumulator battery, which is calculated on the basis of the discharge current value and the storage battery SOC; module (130) for calculating the number, which calculates an expected amount of accumulator batteries, which will be fully charged for the required time based on the rated value of charging current for each accumulator battery, which is calculated on the basis of the charging current of a charged accumulator battery, storage battery SOC and te required time, and calculates the total value of the expected number and the actual number of accumulator batteries, which are already fully charged; and control module (140), which determines whether or not to increase the rated value of charging current on the basis of the total value.
EFFECT: provided is stable value of the storage battery energy.
