FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wheel contains a body, a gear ring with hollow teeth and a pair of circular linings. In the plate of each tooth that is advanced in the wheel rotation direction in the area where it adjoins the body and in the are where it adjoins the circumference of the gear ring, there is a pair of cuts, which width is equal to half of the gear ring width, the cuts are symmetrical relative to the circular linings. The height of the first cut is equal to the sum of the non-working portion height of the side surface and the height of the working portion of the side surface from the side of the wheel body operating in the dual-pair engagement mode. The height of the second cut is equal to the height of the working portion of the side surface from the side of the tooth vertex operating in the dual-pair engagement mode. Inside the cavity of each tooth is an L-shaped element, one shelf of which is equal in width to the tooth width and fixed in the tooth vertex area and overlaps the gap between the plates along the gear ring circumference. The second plate of the element is oriented towards the wheel body equidistant to the inner surface of the leading plate and fixed thereto it, overlapping the plate cut in the tooth vertex area and forming a gap relative to the wheel body commensurable in height with the height of the plate cut from the wheel body side.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication, and reduced manufacturing costs.
