FIELD: materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of coating on polymer porous structures and can be used to form composite polymer porous structures based on polylactide of medical supplies with pores size from 300 microns, characterized by high bioactivity and hydrophilic properties. Method of bioactive composite chitosan-based coating application on polymer porous structures based on polylactide, consists in modifying the surface of hydroxyapatite powder 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in alcohol, drying at a temperature of 70-90 °C for 3-5 hours, mixing chitosan and hydroxyapatite powder in distilled water at a temperature of 70-90 °C for 30 minutes-1 hour, addition of acetic acid up to obtaining 1M solution, stirring till homogeneity during 1-2 hours, addition of polymer porous structure in the solution, mixing for 1-2 hours, addition of 1M NaOH solution up to obtaining pH 5.5, mixing for 2-5 hours, addition of NaOH in droplets up to obtaining pH > 6, flushing porous structure with deposited composite coating in distilled water up to obtaining neutral pH.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of bioactive polymer bioresorbable structure with high cells adhesion to the surface and cells conductivity.
