FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of precious metals from inner surface of pipes in heat exchange process equipment. Method includes steps of directing a stream of water under pressure onto inner surface of pipes of process equipment to form a suspension containing precious metal, and passing suspension through a filtration apparatus for separation of precious metal from water. Stream of water is directed at pressure in range of 70-150 MPa.
EFFECT: technical result is faster process of extraction of precious metals and high environmental friendliness of process.
