SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to cell-penetrating peptides, and can be used in medicine by delivering a therapeutic cargo molecule to a mammalian cell. Peptide consists of a fragment of 15–30 amino acids of the site, extending from residue 170 to residue 220 of SEQ ID NO: 23, and contains Ser (S) at a position equivalent to position 189 of SEQ ID NO: 23.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient delivery of therapeutic peptide epitopes of a pathogen or tumour to mammalian cells.
