SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fungicidal agents for protection from biodeterioration by microorganisms of construction materials. Fungicidal additive for mineral construction compositions, representing phloroglucinol furfural oligomer, obtained by polycondensation of furfural, phloroglucinol and sodium hydroxide, at ratio of furfural and phloroglucinol equal to 1:2, and content of caustic soda is equal to 50 % of phloroglucinol weight.

EFFECT: technical result of present invention consists in minimizing concentration of fungicidal additives in ceramic slurry, mortar and so on, at maintaining its properties.
