FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biocidal composition having an antimicrobial and fungicidal action and is intended for treating construction materials in order to give them bioproofness to bacteria and microscopic fungi. Composition for protecting construction materials against biodeterioration includes cluster silver as an antimicrobial agent, as well as the composition additionally contains an organic acid: sorbic or benzoic acid and an auxiliary component: urotropin, and/or rape oil, and/or glycerine or a mixture thereof.
EFFECT: invention provides composition with high antibacterial and fungicidal action, which prevents formation of mold fungi and microorganisms on surface of construction materials.
