FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to protection of building materials against biological damage from microorganisms. Fungicidal modifier (superplasticizer) is product of condensation of resorcin production waste with furfurol and contains 20% of resorcin production waste resinification product (mixture of disubstituted phenols and aromatic sulfonic acids) and 80% of oligomeric resorcin production waste/furfurol condensation product having general formula:

wherein R represents CH₃, OCH₃, or C₂O₅ and n =5-8.

EFFECT: increased fungicidal activity and avoided use of scarce, expensive, and toxic materials, and enabled utilization of waste.
