FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hemostasiology, and can be used in complex with other tests for hemostasis system analysis for purpose of diagnosing disorders of blood coagulation processes and monitoring efficiency of therapeutic measures, as well as in experimental medicine, when testing new anti-aggregation pharmacological preparations. Method includes: hemostatic activity assessment by comparing two parallelly obtained tromboelastograms from two identically prepared samples or separation into two parts of one prepared sample; registration of thrombelastogram indicators; performance comparison of similar data in form of ratio, namely result in sample with calcium solution and adenosine diphosphate solution to result in sample with calcium solution, dissolved in distilled water in ratio 2:1.

EFFECT: method allows objectifying and increasing diagnostic significance of assessment of functional properties of platelets in blood coagulation process and formation of clot, based on measurement of thrombelastogram.
