FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed mill industry, in particular to a process for the production of a protein fodder additive from wood waste. Method includes the preparation of wood raw materials, its hydrolysis and cultivation on the hydrolyzate of microorganisms. Sawdust of deciduous wood, crushed and mechanically activated at the same time, is hydrolyzed in an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide at pH (11±1) in the acoustic field of a broadband sonar transmitter with an acoustic energy density of 0.3 W⋅s/cm3 within 2 hours. Add ~10 % of butts, inoculate them with a consortium of microorganisms Fusarium sambucinum + Trichosporon cutaneum + Saccharomyces cerevisiae and grow for 24–48 hours.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain a high-protein feed additive from wood raw materials.
