FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer composite energy materials. Press-tool includes a moulding matrix, output channels, heated jacket, cavity of jacket is located between inner wall of jacket and outer wall of moulding matrix. Steam is supplied through inlet pipe under pressure of 294.3-392.4 kPa (3.0-4.0 atm) with temperature of 135±5 °C, enters inner cavity of jacket, heating of matrix walls to temperature of 120±5 °C, comes out of jacket via outlet pipe and enters a hydraulic lock, where steam is cooled and condensed. Time of heating matrix to working temperature ranges from 10 to 14 minutes depending on temperature and pressure of supplied initial steam. Steam consumption for heating of matrix from room temperature is 420÷480·10-6 m3/s. Heating and sealing is carried out through a perforated sealing ring having rubber rings as sealants. Heating of upper part is carried out via through holes of perforated ring. To ensure safety of pressing process in case of various non-stationary condition, 20 are output channels with diameter of 4 mm are provided for releasing gaseous products into atmosphere.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced time and consumption of heating agent for heating thereof, uniform heating of entire surface.
