FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a single-component epoxy composition for producing polymer composite materials according to the vacuum infusion technology, in particular, large-sized, long-length, and in complex shapes, as well as load-bearing structures possibly including multiple different small parts and functions thereof in a single integrated part, for the energy, rocket, aviation, machine-building, ship-building industry and other fields of technology. Above composition includes a mixture consisting of 7.0 to 11.0 wt.% diglycidyl ether based on bisphenol F, 26.0 to 33.5 wt.% trifunctional epoxy resin based on aminophenols, 4.0 to 15.5 wt.% rubber-containing component consisting of "core-shell" rubber nanoparticles distributed in an epoxy resin based on triglycidyl paraaminophenol, 2.5 to 5.5 wt.% thermoplastic, 39.0 to 45.5 wt.% aromatic diamine as a hardener, and 3.5 to 7.0 wt.% tetrafunctional epoxy resin based on tetraglycidyl diaminodiphenylmethane.
EFFECT: invention allows for a reduction in the viscosity of the composition and decrease in the temperature of processing thereof into a PCM, an increase in the technological viability, as well as an increase in the values of the index of stress limit at compression after impact and reduction in the coefficient of variation of the physical and mechanical characteristics of carbon fibre samples based thereon.
