SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for high-precision measurement of flow velocity and liquid flow in pipelines, in particular, in pipeline transportation of oil products and liquefied gases. Device for measuring flow rate of liquid media includes a first microwave generator, circulator, transceiving antenna guided through a radio-transparent window into pipeline at an angle to flow direction, blending machine, computing uni connected to output of a mixer. Additionally, device comprises a power divider for dividing power by 4, connected by input to output of first microwave generator, by first output to input of first mixer, by second output to input of circulator, transmitting and receiving antenna guided through radiotransparent windows into pipeline towards each other and perpendicular to flow direction, second, third and fourth mixer, second microwave generator and connected with its output power divider for dividing power by 2, whose outputs are connected to first inputs of second and third mixers, a control unit, wherein second inputs of second and third mixers are respectively connected to fourth output of power divider for dividing power by 4 and with receiving antenna, and their outputs are connected to inputs of fourth mixer, output of which is connected to control input of first microwave generator through control unit.
EFFECT: improvement of measurement accuracy.
