SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring equipment and can be used for high-precision measurement of the mass flow rate of liquids in pipelines. In particular, during pipeline transportation of petroleum products, liquified gases, chemicals, including chemically aggressive environments. The radiowave flow meter comprises a microwave generator, the first circulator connected to the first receive/transmit antenna directed through the pipeline radio-box at an angle α to the direction of flow, the first mixer connected to the output of the first circulator and a computing unit connected to the output of the first mixer. Additionally, the apparatus comprises a power divider by four, with the input connected to the microwave generator output, the second circulator connected to the second receive/transmit antenna directed through the pipeline radio-box at an angle α to the direction of flow and arranged at a distance L from the first one along the pipeline axis, the second mixer, with its input connected to the output of the second circulator, and output connected to the computing unit, wherein the power divider outputs are connected in series with the first mixer, the first circulator, the second circulator and the second mixer inputs.
EFFECT: invention provides improved accuracy of fluid mass flow measurement in pipelines.
