SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry and medicine and represents an agent, possessing endothelium protective effect in conditions of experimental diabetes mellitus and cerebral blood circulation disorder, characterized by the fact that it includes hydrochloride of methyl-4-amino-3-phenylbutanoat and L-arginine hydrochloride, wherein molar ratio of hydrochloride of methyl-4-amino-3-phenylbutanoat and said L-arginine hydrochloride makes 1:1.
EFFECT: invention provides production of low-toxic drug and widens range of products with high endothelium protective effect in conditions of experimental diabetes mellitus and cerebral blood circulation disorder.
