SUBSTANCE: welding device for welding with heating arc controlled by magnetic field, relates to press welding with heating arc controlled by magnetic field, and can be used in various industries and construction in welding of tubular parts for different purposes. To increase performance, reliability and rate of deposition and reducing power losses It comprises welding head 9 including isolated units 1 and 2, each of which has a clamping mechanism hydraulic cylinders of deposition 4 with installed floating pistons 3 in their bodies, clamping inserts 5 made with convex belts 6, welding head 9 additionally comprises control panel 7 to control process of welding with sensors and control instruments of welding parameters, and is equipped with connected welding rectifier 8 inverter type and hydraulic station 10, which made in the form of hydraulic unit consisting of oil pump 11 and hydraulic plate 12, including at least three hydraulic distributors 13, 14, 15, each of them having different circuit, engine 16, from which runs said oil pump 11, pressure sensor 17, electro-contact pressure gage 19, pressure filter 20, hydropneumatic accumulator 21 and check valve 22, at that, hydraulic station 10 and welding rectifier 8 are connected with said welding process control panel 7.

EFFECT: increase of operating performances, reliability and speed of deposition and decrease of power losses.
