FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of Josephson magnetic rotary valve. This invention consists in the fact that Josephson magnetic rotary valve includes two superconducting electrodes with current leads and region of weak interconnection between them in the form of thin-film plate structure containing: intermediate superconducting layer separated from lower superconducting electrode by an insulator layer; applied on part of the intermediate layer of superconducting layer of normal metal; layer of magnetic material applied on both layer of normal metal, and the remaining not closed by last surface of superconducting layer with forming a boundary between the layer of normal metal and a layer of magnetic material.
EFFECT: technical result: providing of possibility of increasing change of amplitude of critical current transition under action of small magnetic flux.
