FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for direct synthesis of Cu-SAPO-34. Method involves following steps: (i) preparation of a mixture for synthesis of water-containing at least one source of silicon, at least one source of Al, at least one source of P, at least one source of Cu, at least one OSDA1, where OSDA1 is a polyamine, selected from a group comprising tetraethylene pentamine, triethylene tetramine, 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane or 1,4,8,11-tetramethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane, and at least one OSDA2, where OSDA2 is an organic compound, different from polyamine, containing at least one of following: diethylamine, dipropylamine, triethanolamine, cyclohexylamine, morpholine, tetraethylammonium salts, piperidine, and capable of directing synthesis of SAPO-34, and final mixture for synthesis has following molar composition: a Si : 0.5 Al : b P : c Cu : d OSDA1 : e OSDA2 : f H2O, where a is in range from 0.01 to 0.3; where b is in range from 0.2 to 0.49; where c ranges from 0.001 to 0.6; where d ranges from 0.001 to 0.6; where e ranges from 0.001 to 2; where f is in range from 1 to 200; (ii) hydrothermal treatment of mixture at 80-200 °C until formation of crystalline substance, (iii) extraction of crystalline substance, (iv) removing OSDA1 and OSDA2 from crystalline substance. Invention also discloses a Cu-containing molecular sieve and method of reducing amount of NOx in exhaust gas.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce Cu-SAPO-34 with controlled content of copper in final solid substance and high output of product.
