FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of synthetic gas. In silo 4, rice husks undergo preliminary drying through active ventilation of warm air supplied by radiator 2 and discharge fan 3. Next the rice husks are fed to bucket conveyer 6 via conveyer 5 and then into operating tank 7. Prepared raw material is fed into gasification reactor 1. During the process of gasification, the gas-air mixture which forms is discharged via branch pipe 12 into a cyclone discharger. Ash is removed via branch pipe 13.

EFFECT: invention allows the reduction of the hydrogen and oxygen concentration in the gas-air mixture during the process of rice husks gasification, optimising the composition of the gas-air mixture.
