FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for gasification of rice husks to obtain gas, suitable for use in gas generators. Installation for gasification of rice husks comprises a reactor for gasification, connected to a unit for raw material preparation, air supply unit and unit of cleaning gas-air mixture. Unit for raw material preparation includes series-mounted and interconnected fan and heater, which is connected with a silo with active ventilation, which is also connected with conveyor for supply of raw material into belt elevator, connected to operational container, as well as feeding auger, connected by a raw material feed pipe of reactor for gasification. Cleaning unit is made in form of a pipe for ash removal, located in bottom of reactor for gasification, and cyclone discharger chamber, which is interconnected with pipe to discharge gas-air mixture of gasification reactor. Air supply unit is installed in lower part of reactor for gasification and includes series-mounted and interconnected fan, heater, dehumidifier, communicated via air feed pipe with reactor for gasification. Silo is made with tapered bottom with inclination angle of 60 degrees, or with a flat bottom, and its unloading device has built-in inverse cone.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of concentration of hydrogen and oxygen in gas-air mixture, stabilisation of temperature parameters of atmospheric air supplied for gasification.
