FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas production industry, in particular, to development of gas low permeable reservoirs with underlying contour water. According to the method on the basis of laboratory analysis for determining dependence of capillary pressure of water saturation of samples with different permeability dependence of effective permeability on effective gas porosity is plotted. Then, a J-Leverette function is plotted, and the dependence of water saturation-gas saturation on the level of a gas-water contact (GWC), porosity and permeability is determined. Then permeability, porosity, GWC surface and water saturation maps are plotted. Effective gas porosity map is plotted on the basis of the porosity and water saturation maps. Effective gas permeability map is plotted on the basis of the effective gas porosity map. Square grid is put on the effective gas permeability map and cells with non-zero values of effective gas permeability, which will represent a drained gas zone, are separated. Wells are located in the central-roof part of the reservoir. When wells locating, non-draining gas content areas are taken into account.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of wells locating due to taking into account sections with non-zero effective gas permeability.
