FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts for hydrodeoxygenation and process for hydrodeoxygenation of vegetable oils containing triglycerides of fatty acids in order to obtain hydrocarbons of diesel fraction. Catalyst for hydrodeoxygenation of vegetal raw materials includes active component comprising molybdenum and phosphorus, dispersed on aluminum oxide carrier, as carrier it contains composition of aluminium oxide and zeolite β, which includes, wt%: 0.42-0.53 of magnesium compounds in terms of MgO, 7.56-9.82 of silicon compounds in terms of SiO2, aluminium oxide is the rest, and as an active component, catalyst contains, wt%: molybdenum 12.5-13.5, phosphorus 1.8-2.2. Process is carried out at temperature of 220-300 °C, hydrogen pressure 4.0 MPa, volume rate of consumption of raw materials is 2.0 h-1, volume ratio hydrogen/material is 600 Nm3/m3, and used catalyst is catalyst with above composition.
EFFECT: complete conversion of oxygen-containing compounds on route of straight hydrodeoxygenation, during which carbon oxides are not formed.
